Yahoo is getting better all the time at listing Insider filings and trades. It's a very good exercise, and a real eye opener sometimes, for everyone to check the insider trading, and filing, on every one of their holdings, or anything they are planning on buying. Now often insider filings can be a good thing, these days I am of the opposite opinion....most of the time. Yes KLYS is a good example. Here's a link.
