Not sure if want to see Microsoft stock go higher or not. Since it's only paper money that Microsoft is providing it's employees, I say that this is a great thing for the company to being doing.

Some say that this paper will worthless and to them I would say if this is so - Microsoft is doing the smartest thing to maintain the current wealth of information and great minds that they have working for them. Remember that alot of organizations have had people taken from them to go to various start-ups. I think that this will go a long way with their employees to maintain with Microsoft.

If the stock goes up ( and I am one that believes it will ), then great for the employees - they are very hard workers and they deserve the rewards that are providing to their stock holders - US - not the United States Goverment.
