SO,

So, given yesterday's bullish action and today's beautiful market (with buying picking up late in the day).. and all the technicians suggesting that we saw the retest and that this is a buying opportunity...and the short squeeze that is sure to occur if this is an accurate assessment....where do you think we go from here and why?

Merrill Lynch touts Cisco Systems

Merrill Lynch analyst Michael Ching is out with a positive note about Cisco Systems (CSCO: news, msgs), saying Cisco is "the stock to own for the long-term." Ching cites Cisco's 40 percent share of the $30 billion corporate data market in 1999 as the company's primary strength. Ching said Cisco's closest competitor had a 13 percent share. Shares of Cisco are pushing forward, jumping 1 15/16, or 3 percent to 67 15/16 on typically heavy volume of 27.3 million shares. Factoring in Wednesday's appreciation, Cisco's price-to-earnings ratio still stands at a hefty 188.
