LOL Jim, yes it is clear what they do... free stock is free stock and is worth something even if it is trading at .01...

Other things they do:

Complain about the stock price and how they should be trading at $10 instead of .10...

Send out BS news releases in a bad market just to keep their stock from tanking then whine to all hours when it tanks some more.

Some NASDAQ companies are doing this too: F/S in a crappy market near a 6-12 month low price just to get a pop and sell some shares.

My all time favorite is:

"The company is what the company is and the E (or pink sheet status) shouldn't matter."
I have heard that a few times... company officials think their stock should be trading according to the value (or their own perceived value) of the company or potential value of their company.... Nothing could be further from the truth... companies trade at the price they do because that is what the current (or new) investors and traders of the stock feel the value is. A COMPANY'S STOCK VALUE IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS TRADING AT AT THE TIME.... THIS IS DETERMINED BY THE MARKET... NOT THE COMPANY, THEIR NEWS, NEWSLETTER PRICE TARGETS, OR ANY OTHER MEDIUM INDICATING THEY SHOULD BE TRADING HIGHER...
