Hi Chip, I am not overly familiar with either LOUD or SFE. I looked at LOUD and I think that the Internet is going in that direction, but I think that there are issues that must be solved in the infrastructure before they have a viable product. The last mile bottleneck is going to be a bitch for them. SFE - No opinion. They aren't doing anything that is revolutionary. They (or their "partners") appear to be more of a systems integrator than innovators. I would judge them on their balance sheet. Tom
