Like we've been saying all along, these people are sick!!!! Let's just rewrite all the laws for the cuban exiles. It would be a very cold day in hell before this even had chance of a favorable ruling. Good for a laugh, though.

Sharpstein was interviewed on local radio last night. He has been the Twin Cities with relatives observing Passover. He said last night the first thing he was going to do when he got back was start the civil suits. He said in his legal opinion the agents involved were personally liable and he was probably going after them. He also supplied a detail I haven't heard anywhere else. He said, according to the survivors, a Cuban military boat buzzed the escapees craft and partially swamped it which is what led to the craft eventually sinking. If so, Fidel murdered Elian's mother as sure as if he put a gun go her head and blew her away.
