Company Press Release
Global Network to Produce "White Paper" On Website Auditing and Tracking
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2000--Global Network Incorporated (OTCBB:GNNU - news) completed its 14th and 15th interviews with Mike Perras of www.media4audio.com. The content was almost entirely dedicated to the controversy around tracking and auditing website traffic, and the need for standardization.

``In practically every one of our meetings with potential advertisers and ad agencies, the subject of validation methodology comes up. The ad agency must assure the client he's getting what he paid for,'' said Jim Mason, GNI-CEO. Numerous articles have been published about this subject and major players are demanding a standard acceptance for the auditing of website traffic. Dennis Stillwell, GNI's CIO said: ``GNI's proprietary software system is unique in that it allows the ad agency the ability to track ad performance in real time terms.''

Stillwell went on to say that GNI intends to publish a White Paper shortly on this very controversial issue. ``John Wanamaker of retail fame once said 50% of all advertising is wasted - the key is to determine which 50%. As it stands now, Internet advertisers aren't even offered the choice because the benchmark has not been established,'' said Jim Mason, GNI-CEO.

``The GNI system could be the answer for those agencies and clients concerned about reporting discrepancies, and we are ready and willing to have any and all check us out,'' said Jim Mason, GNI-CEO.
