Jiml - according to the API, crude stocks last year at this time were around 336 mb. Crude traded around 20 if I recall. So that's around 26 mb to go. I'd like to wait and see the DOE's before I panic and sell all my oil stocks. The last few weeks the DOE numbers have consistently come in lower than the API's. I've been reading some reports that some refiners are coming back on line after some outages so refinery rates should be picking up soon, hopefully. HOFF at 5? KEG at 6? I'll buy.
