Q: Congrats --- your CAP-X targets? Re: stock volatility, view of employee retention? A: CAP-X, $60-80M for 4Q. For next year, we don't have number yet. Staff? (couldn't hear answer) JDSU responded to employee retention with: "2 to 3%". It was said as though it was insignificant - meaning they had a loss of 2-3%. I think this is in reference to significant employees (engineers, etc). ****************************** Thanks for posting a transcript. Great job!!

Q: Any date for ETEK closure? June? A: Answer is we are getting stuff for compliance and after that it is 20 days. We're going like hell It gives one an idea of where this is going. Tempted to buy more ETEK at the current discount.
