Thanh, EXDS is the indisputable leader in terms of
providing internet operations such as web hosting.

In the valley, almost 80% of the companies I know
(either via friends or direct relationship) who need
external Web hosting services go to EXDS for solutions.
Just this past 2 week, I know at least 2 companies
are planning to drop off the existing service from
PILT and shift over to EXDS.

However, the real reason for me to long EXDS is that
I think internet is still at its early stage and the
growth potential in this industry is far from over.
With more and more bussiness shifting online, EXDS is
there and needed to help build up the infrastructure
of this new industry. Just look at the earning numbers
from AOL YHOO and EBAY and you know what I mean.

Boy, if they can really command this market and become
a leader 3 years from now, 120 target is nothing on
this stock.

As for why EXDS is dropping. Well, investors "apparently"
are not pleased with its latest earning numbers. Why they
are not pleased? I have no clue:)
