I'm glad the picture made the front page of an Eastern paper. Hope it made it to many. But if it did, and there is no outcry of fury from our citizens at the violation of our right to be safe and secure in our homes, then it truly shows what I've been suspecting for some time, that Americans just flat don't care about their freedoms. (I ran for Congress a couple of years ago and DEFINITELY had that impression from the responses of audiences at my speaking engagements.) Anyone that talks against the government or its policies, suddenly becomes a conspiracy whaco. Our first amendment rights no longer matter much anymore either. OTOH long ago in our history, I believe under the first Adams as President, alien and sedition acts were passed which severely violated the first amendment and that was when the writers of it were still alive!!!!!! (It was later repealed).
