Ah, I see what you were saying now. Sorry. Coleman is an example why it's not such a great thing to be a high draft pick (except for the money). You generally end up in a lousy organization with mediocre coaching and surrounded by second-rate players. It would have been interesting to see how Coleman would have developed in a different environment with a Jackson or Sloan on the Bench. This is true for a lot of players. Look at Wizard's Howard or Net's Van Horn. Both those guys could be the real deal if they actually received some coaching and support.
