Why does Rick Sherlund have to come out and say 65 is the right price for the stock to trade. He is a sell side analyst who is he selling to?

The only thing that hurts near term is the hot trial environment where MSFT will get beaten in the press and the like by the dominating DOJ and TPJ who clearly have the upper hand with the FOF and conclusion of the law. Also Gates and Balmer are in a pissing contest with Reno, Klein and TPJ. So this is painful for me.

Jacob, I will stay away from short term price targets. No human can do this. If I post short term targets, ignore them (you probably already do); I do this to counter someother silly short term targets, upper or lower.
