Dear Mani: I think it is a HOAX and I think it is DELIBERATE. The investor relations dept of COHR is attempting to find out about this company, as are myself and a friend. We have run D&B'S, used every known search engine and CANNOT find any indication this company exists. This looks like a ploy used by a market shorter. Greg has supplied me with more information which I have sent on to COHR. If they find out who it was, they may take appropriate action. JDN
