Sorry to hear that Danger,
Those rat bastards could tell that the Naz was due to come back. They also knew that JDSU would run into earnings.

They suck!

I heard JDSU hit their whisper number.
CPQ and EBAY beat expectations, so perhaps the Naz will have a little more strength for the good part of the day.
I would not expect it to be as strong as today, though.

There is still some uncertainty about interest rates. (I personally feel a could 1/4 point hikes may be priced into this market already.)

JDSU appears to have broken the upper trend channel and is now hitting some resistance. It may need the expected Buy recommendations to get through this mid 90's range.

JW, what is your read?
I'm still learnin' this stuff...

Best of luck.

Hi Danger
That's terrible about your shares. I didn't know that they could do that without calling you first. What if you wanted to send them some money? Shouldn't they have given you that option?

BTW, forgive me for asking if this is old news, but has the baby arrived? I've been away.
Rose.

Dangerous-

I transferred out of my Datek accounts about 6 weeks ago, they sent all of my shares except for 200 shares of CSCO (I guess they didn't think I'd notice). My new Brokerage (Freeman/Welwood, excellent) has called everyday in an attempt to solve this problem. We have initiated a residual sweep of my accounts, and they still will not send them on.
Datek is a no service brokerage.
