This whole issue is such a no brainer
Speaking of no brainers, and on topic I might add, where is the Bushman these days? Is Jr. under a rock? Has he called his brother to see if the governor's mansion is on fire?

If there were a real crisis, say the north Koreans were firing missles at Japan, would it take this long for him to poll his advisors for a position? Somebody write him and tell him he can come out from under his bed.

Hello Michael,

There is nothing I can add to your well reasoned post except to comment on the lack of understanding Americans seem to have with regard to the home invasion. It's hard to imagine that people would be willing to toss out their constitutional protections as long as it's "the other guy" with whom you may disagree on the receiving end.

Truly frightening.

Freedom for Elian is unattainable now unless the father actually decides to seize upon the opportunity of a lifetime and seek asylum in this country for himself and his family. IMO, that would be the happiest of all outcomes, Elian with his father living in freedom, and the entire family restored.
