I am very much a rookie at Technical Analysis. I've spent much time peeking in on these discussions with great interest. So, forgive me if what I'm about to say sounds "dumb". :)

I am only making these initial comments with pessimism in mind - lower and lower support levels. From my charts, and retracement levels, I see support at 3180 or abouts, 2950 then it drops down to 2500. That's where the huge gap seems to be. No-mans land from 2950 (3000) to 2500. Any thoughts or am I out in left field?

Thanks

-Joe
