It was FILED because Tom HAD TO file it.. I'm well aware of the supposed "intent" of the payments were, i.e James Wexler was supposed to step into the CEO or COO position, what happened? And guess who Marcine Aniz Uhler is? She was paid a handsome TWO MILLION SHARES (worth $40 mill at it's high) for putting together some publicity material????? She works in the attorney's office (Brian Faulkner) for another one of the attorney's on Birch St in NEWPORT BEACH, CA, she is NOT in FLORIDA!! She's a "secretary" type, I believe.. Call the attorney, though they may be alarmed by now.. I am telling you guys, this IS fishy.. Please get ya'r heads outta da' buttocks.. Please..
