Gerry -

I'm sure that the venting you have done and I did a few months ago doesn't win us any points with the Shaws. It may have caused some of the quietness and lack of information. I get the distinct impression that are the types that don't like to be questioned and react by thinking, "just who do you think you are to tell us what to do or how to run this company". For several years now, we have waited patiently for promises to be delivered on ... only to watch opportunities pass by. I really believe that this company has the potential we think it does. However, the Shaws do not seem to be concerned with stock price. The mentality seems to be that of a small closely held company rather than that of a publicly held company, which is one of the reasons I asked before for an accounting of who owns what stock and how much is held outside the company.

In fairness, I haven't talked with Scott in ages (years). I have someone else who calls and fills me in when appropriate. Whenever he does talk to him, the conversation is full of promise and activity ... very little of which materializes.

I agree with you, though, we need more public information. We shouldn't have to call them to find out what is going on. I never did receive an adequate response to what I thought was a very good series of questions a few months ago.

If anyone talks to the Shaws, please share the results.

Jim
