40% sequential is not the figure to look at. 22% is the trailing figure. That's a big, big difference. Better to look at this and guidance for next Q--"over 20". Still impressive, but nowhere close to 40.

The sequential growth rate is simply stunning...for a company this size. No other way to cut it.
40% is the rate that includes the recent acquisitions...so that is the figure to use imo. Why? Increasing industry demand coupled with continuing capacity constraints will NOT lead product overlap to reduce sales. That said, it'd probably be useful to know how it will be impacted by the ETEK acq though.
