You absolutely have a right to question the allocation. The question in my mind is, don't you think you've made your point in the 40+ posts on this thread over the last 36 hours on the singular topic of the "excessive" share authorization? I think by now we all understand your point of view, and it doesn't further your position to sound like a broken record. People will eventually ignore posts on the topic rather than respond to them.
