Cuba would probably become another 3rd world sweatshop for American corporations. Not that that's necessarily a good thing. But, I'm more interested in the effect that American goods and culture might eventually have on the Cuban people. It might lead to a relaxation of the travel ban, which would expose them to even more American goods and culture. It would also help expose Americans to what Cuba is really like. Also, we'd be more involved in Cuba when Castro checks out. We might be able to help them transition to democracy when Castro is gone.

The embargo hasn't toppled Castro yet, it's been a failure. The cold war is over, it's time to end this relic of the cold war.
