You need a proxy.

Here is a low cost Proxy / Firewall
equival.com.au

50 bucks for 5 users....the world will see ONE (1) IP address.

Or a firewall. (On a separate PC, dedicated as a firewall)


For better security try OpenBSD, run it on a separate PC, and that PC will be your firewall. OpenBSD is very difficult to configure, (someone knowledgeable with Unix should be able to set it up) and it will run on PC's and MAC's, but it is rock solid secure. OPenBSD is free.
