There are all kinds of theories for figuring out which options are the most lucrative. The fact is though, that unless you can see into the future there is no way to know.

If the stock makes a huge rise in a short time, the best calls will likely be the furthest out of the money short term options. There are dozens of other scenarios which make other options optimal.

Anyone have a crystal ball (besides niceguy?)
