Francois "Two Wrongs Make a Right" Goelo's post and contention that the OTC BB will have to PASS ZSUNE (formerly ZSUN) in order to prevent lawsuits being filed against them, will go down in history as the most idiotic post of all time. In case you missed it, here it is again: To: Frank_Ching who wrote (7552) From: Francois Goelo Frank, even if OTC-BB has made a mistake, ZSUN has PASSED, IMO... and I don't see this being taken back, as there could be immediate Lawsuits against them... The list was published on 24th April and there are no correction 2 days later, after all the phone calls made by the SHORTER/BASHERS to the OTC-BB... This means, IMO that the PASS will remain and they'll just have to list the correct Cusip # and revert to the current symbol... BTW, ZYTECH is NOT ELIGIBLE, so there can't be any confusion between the 2 Companies... Message 13508412
