Harry, I'm going to pay more attention to sectors. The airline early March run averaged 24%, impressive given the turmoil and risk in other areas. The charts I sent seem to be lagging about 20 days for trading purposes.. if so, then cyclicals, semi's and brokerages should be next followed by internets and network equipment. Given that semi's and network equipment are holding strong relative to current market weakness, the dogs for a turnaround would be internets, cyclicals and brokerages... EGRP, SCH, ETYS, IP are some that come to mind. Chasing the ups and downs of winners and losers on news and earnings expectations is challenging. Sector anticipation may, which I emphasize, narrow the risk as it precedes cycles of strength and weakness in the economy. Seems worth pursueing more.. Yesterday I bought calls on IP, ETYS, shares of TREE for a mo-mo run.

Market can't make up its mind this mornings. Flat open, then profit take to take the COMPX down 30 points, then back up to be up 30 points on the day, and now flat. This indicates nervousness ahead of the ECI and Greenspan speech tomorrow.

The leaders such as JNPR and PMCS appear to be holding up well. We are getting follow through on all the sectors. Broadband cable is strong due to OPTV news.
