Peter - I believe that statement was included to demonstrate that the EHC will be marketed profitably in other markets (SIIC Joint Venture/China) that do not require FDA approval, and therefore demonstrating that Morrell and crew are trying to build pre-FDA shareholder value. That is my take on it, anyways.

Perhaps Auric can jump up and down and scream, "Sell the Pig!" for clarification...

The SE Asia deal is the, well "we can't really do anything in the US, so let's do something in a country with no infrastructure that speaks a language no one can verify.
