The mill has a design capacity of 30,000 tons of concentrate production per year. This project is owned by Dillon Vermiculite Limited LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stansbury Holdings Corporation, and is operated under the International Vermiculite joint venture, of which Stansbury is a 50% principal. Proven and probable ore reserves in the vicinity of the mill exceed 600,000 tons. An Environmental Assessment was completed on the Project in April, 1999. Currently, the mine and mill are in operation, with ore being shipped to customers. The Hamilton Vermiculite Project, located about fifteen miles east of Hamilton, Montana, in the Skalkaho mountains, covers 96 unpatented lode mining claims and 10 unpatented millsite claims (approximately 1700 acres). Two deposits are located on the property. Each has been drilled for exploration purposes and each contains a defined orebody, which together total a proven reserve in excess of 6,000,000 tons of ore. An Environmental Impact Statement was completed on the Project in 1993. The Mica Peak Vermiculite Project: The vermiculite deposit at Mica Peak in southern Nevada has been the subject of recent interest in the area of developing new vermiculite sources in the western United States. The deposit has two characteristics that make it especially interesting: (1) its proximity to the major markets of Southern California and (2) quality vermiculite capable of high yielding concentrates. Two companies now hold claims covering the Mica Peak deposit. The most recent set of claims were filed by Nevada Vermiculite LLC and cover some 320 acres, including promising areas of mineralization to the North and West of the previously identified ore body. These claims will be further explored during a drilling program to be conducted by International Vermiculite LLC, a joint venture between Nevada Vermiculite and Stansbury Holdings Corporation. More... STBY is in process of becoming the MSFT (monopoly) in the U.S. vermiculite industry over the next few years thereby becoming a major player worldwide. The market for vermiculite is growing rapidly... demand will continue to increase. There will be no such thing as inventory for STBY... every bit of the vermiculite produced will be bought before it is out of the ground. Margins... margins are 300+% STBY?s U.S. competition is fading with a rapid decrease in their reserves... their competition is W R Grace and Virginia Vermiculite... both primarily eastern producers (SC and VA)... Summary... STBY is strongly supported by both current assets and future business. The stock is severely undervalued in my own opinion. Not a rec to buy... do your own DD. Tom
