That appears to be the problem JDN. The Yahoo club board is near full mutiny over the lack of answers to the softball questions tossed to management during the last CC. This is just a guess, but a good one I believe, the 1q cc is coming up soon (appox 3 weeks) the CEO ALWAYS has some good news to announce at these CC's. I will bet they are in a quiet period right now, I mean they are REALLY quiet! There are all sorts of rumors floating out there and if only one of them were true, investors will be very happy they own this stock. I think I have a good finger on the pulse of this company, I recieve a lot of unsolicited info, and the investor network has uncovered a bunch of clues, taken together they all point to something "big" in the works. I have used this price weakness as the gift horse buying opportunity it really is. This market has allowed me to increase both my CREE and MVIS holdings and finally justify the purchase of MSFT. Anyway thats the way I read the tea leaves and I will not hesitate to pick up some more MVIS on any weakness.

JDN,

I will be going to the shareholders meeting. You can email me questions at valuationguy@yahoo.com

Also to clarify, much of the "revolt" on the Club board is not related to the share price or the drop even though they are coincidental. (MVIS the stock has been my best performer.) The issue we have is with the VERY MURKY information that management tells shareholders (witness the 1Q00 CC) followed by a clear statement to the media a week later revealing market moving info.

As much as I love the technology, I have to look at the Company rationally and ask myself, when will their first product come to market? When do revenues start ramping? At last year's shareholder meeting, management lead us to expect that VOLUME orders would start rolling in for the industrial headset in 2Q00 for shipment in the second half of 2000. So far, it appears the Company has shipped less than a dozen betas. I realize that the quarter has two months left, but a commercial product has YET to be announced.
