Frank - OT- Up early, read your posts, terminating on "ascendant", definition of. No matter what the Gilderites say, the effective definition of ascendant should be "generating superior returns for the investor". Long ago, and far away, when we were into a debate on the merits WOFDM vs. VOFDM, I reflected that the discourse, while ostensibly about the merits of the two modulation techniques, was really about money. In investor parlance, the word "ascendant" bears as much a relationship to its Merriam-Webster equivalent as the word "gorilla" does to the creature that lives in the jungle. JMO Regards, Jim
