Andrew -- You've made some good points and I certainly overstated when I said I wouldn't trust any of GG's picks. [When I refer to "GG" I'm referring to his organization, not an individual.] Those you mention are obviously excellent companies. As some know, I've done extensive research on TERN and this is really my point of reference. Based on many blatantly false claims GG's made, I find it difficult to trust any of his assertions. In other words, I wouldn't take anything he says at face value. I'd want to know his own position and I'd want to look at the technology, the numbers, the management, and the competition myself before making a decision. I don't know how newsletter gurus are monitored so it's hard to know what positions they hold or what their relationships are to the companies they back. Do they have any responsibility to declare their positions? GG doesn't claim any responsibility for price and I believe has said so publicly. I find this irresponsible. Again, nothing I've said has anything to do with AVNX. I hope I made that clear. And even if warrants/shares were involved, it doesn't mean they've been misused. I do question the timing of GG's adding it to his screen and even here I'm not saying he's broken any laws. However, I am suggesting buyers should be alert to the process. When GG was saying Terayon's S-CDMA was a world standard --- and his backing running the stock to 280 --- buyers would have been well advised to find out if that were true. [My findings are on the CMTO and TERN threads, including letters from CableLabs telling TERN's management to "cease and desist" regarding their DOCSIS claims.] Is GG's sloppy research regarding TERN an aberration? Possibly. But I would certainly recommend a cautious attitude when following his recommendations. Again, I'm referring to his organization. As an individual, his motivations may be as pure as the driven snow. Pat
