As you should. And don't forget to tell them that they rely far too heavily on AMPS and although they have a pioneering (and money losing) national rate plan their oversubscribed, under capacitied, network, subjects its users to lots of dropped calls and fast busys.

I'm fortunate to live in Verizon country which now has a better National rate plan than 'T''s. I am, however, still miffed that I have to junk my 2 month old QCP860 to take advantage of it.
