Jeff, all i ever see them do is inflating it. imo the CB's of the world are all petrified by the mountain of leverage and derivatives that has built up over recent years and remains untested (i.e. hasn't had to endure a recession) to this day.

they are quite right to be petrified. however, their solution to the problem (print,print,print) is not going to work forever.

the ECB? my bet is it's going to do NOTHING.
