Well Ken, you will be sorely disappointed.

The case against MSFT is absurd and I predict the Appellate Court will blast the DOJ for harassing MSFT.

DOJ: Your honor we have proof that MSFT was integrating a browser into Windows.

Appellate: Yeah, so?

DOJ: Well your honor, MSFT was giving the browser away for free. You know, at no cost.

Appellate: Yeah so?

DOJ: Well your honor, we think thats wrong for MSFT to do that.

Appellate: What?

DOJ: Well you see your honor, we at the DOJ are fighting for the consumer. We are fighting for the little guy.

Appellate: What? The browser is free? Whats the problem?

DOJ: Well your honor, big companies are evil. We must tear them down.

Appellate: Oh, in other words you have no case against MSFT.

APPELLATE COURT RULES IN FAVOR OF MICROSOFT.
