Record Earnings?

Nothing seems to move the Mo to the oil patch.

I am holding E&P's and integrateds and am getting ready to dump them and buy tech, so once I do that, this sector will move up. LOL. MRO, TX, OXY, they have great earnings and the street just yawns.

John Q, Good Morning.

Still here, just lurking. I cashed out my holdings in APA a week ago, good return on my investment, and I'm considering doing the same with XTO and OEI - but not just yet. Slider has a good point on taking profits, right now I'm at +/- 80% on each - but I still feel there is more upside potential yet to come.

Looking to average up my KEG ($5.. basis) if it drops below $8 again, which isn't likely, so I may settle at $8.5.

About 30% in techs now, and watching MEDI like a hawk for sub-$120.

Why is it that the majors haven't accreted value with this round of record earnings, and expected $25/bbl stability? Is the price already reflective of fair valuation, and earlier peaks just speculative? All comments cheerfully accepted - I've been lusting after CHV for some time, but it just won't get within reach.

Regards to all,

Aggie.
