(A) Strong Buy - but only if you have the balls of Evel Knievel or used to hang out with Jeffery Dahlmer (this option leaves out most of the fairer sex). (B) Buy - reserved for those who are bailing from Dr.Koop.com and want a comparable replacement investment. (C) Hold - until the next millenium or until hell freezes over, whichever comes first.
