I share your uneasiness about how Lundin Oil handles its subsidiaries and think you are probably right that the red Sea Oil shareholders are not getting a very good deal.

But LOILY is very easy to buy and sell in the United States, under that Nasdaq symbol. I have a bunch in my IRA, having decided that if there's any way to benefit from the Lundin wheeling and dealing, that's the way. of course, there could be a leveraged buyout to take the company back private at a low price, just when prospects look best. Or so i think.

Tomas is less cynical than I am and might wish to comment on what I say.
