So much depends on what your major positions were when the sell signal came... I can't take profits in HWP fast enough to make up for how well it has done of late. It is now growing faster than Dell and Compaq according to IDC

Much luck there having worked there but perhaps skill in ignoring the 10% rule there when I left when the price was about $60 about 17 months ago. Now I get to worry about the 30% rule... 8)

INTC, LRCX and AMAT have grown huge for me also in the last year.

Then again, if you owned stocks that needed a correction, you are probably happy you sold 1/5/00 as this chart would show. (or even 1/12/00)
