Kim, I'm not making excuses for anyone but the SEC and the NASD are two different organizations. Pleading "No contest" to NASD violations does not make one guilty of SEC violations. The rest of your claims are false, with the exception of the insurance case, which Anthony will have to answer for next month. On a separate topic, would you care to clarify the following: To all, this will be my last post in SI. I was very disillusioned about SI during late December last year, and the events this weekend only reinforces and magnifies my disillusionment. Thanks, Fast Eddie
