I believe that you need to buy, the day prior to ex-dividend
date.

FAX btw pays a dividend every month It pays 1/12 of
it's yearly payout out per month. It's been paying 4.5
cents per month. It had been paying 6 cents this past
year but was eating into the principle, It should be able to
support a monthly dividend in this area.

The Olympics in Sydney in Sept will bring in a bunch of
foreign investors who may well take a look around and
decide that Australia is not such a bad place to invest so
money. That might help the AUD and FAX.
