pooh. You're probably right, but I'm not overly pleased to buy a stock for 5700 plus and be told that it's "mandatory" that I take the acquisition for $4900 without being given the option of saying "I prefer not to take your acquisition." I like to trade with Datek, but would you gladly accept an $800 loss. In 40 years I've never seen a takeover at a lower price. I'm not having a wonderful day...thus far. But...we've still got 2 1/2 hours. 'Course it could get worse. (Lee)

Pooh: Ameritrade is impossible. They swiped my money when I bot an ALKS March call at 2 3/8, sold it at MARKET at 3:30. They said the order was never placed. I said, play the tape. They said we need "Chris'" last name. I said I don't have Chris' last name. They said, "We have 20 guys's named Chris. Too bad." I closed the account, took the hit...not worth the time and energy, NASDAQ arbitration, attorney fee. Bye, bye "Stuart." (Lee)
