(c) Under new govt. do Klien, TPJ retain current jobs? ans: Klien = Serves @ President's pleasure If so, when does DOJ new heads appointment/reappointment? after new President in office? ans: TJP = Serves forever; Really? (d) What happens to the 150 lawsuits if Microsoft were to agree to lesser stringent remedies under a new government? ans: Findings of Law stand; So what happens if MSFT and Govt settled while case is in appeals court OR if MSFT MSFT won appeals? I am confused on this one.
