I'm not a short and I don't use a pseudonym. Given my experience, I recommend people consider putting their stock in a large brokerage with internet services rather than in a pure internet company. Their instant messenger said the wait time is one minute before I gave up. They don't answer my support emails and I can't get through on their customer service line. You were wise to short!
