Actually Tony, I now feel I was very wrong about GPGI. Richard E. Jensen did not lie nor deceive! In fact he probably has a hole-worn brainpan from standing around his "process" scratching his forehead. No way has this guy contrived evil and therefore does NOT require a SEC complaint. Please stop all SEC complaints. This guy is just "honest Joe" who failed. I was wrong in assuming he had the wherewithal to plot something as deceitfully horrible as the BRE-X affaire. No, he just lacks the ability to take responsibility for his failures and runs a company by his ego. He is a failure but NOT a liar! I sincerely apologize to the President for accusing him of something he and his crew are no way near of accomplishing. Good Luck and nose to the grindstone, Mr. Jensen. You need it Dickie-boy, you honest but silly guy you ;-) To All........Hang in there and feel pity but not hatred for this man.
