it follows hard on the heels of 8,5 billion yesterday. perhaps it has to do with the ECB and ECI tomorrow...they may be trying to cushion the blow.

In march, the total was nearly 50 billion. This month a quick glance shows at least 80 billion.

Probably a special delivery to GS to fund the T spinoff tomorrow, also to prepare the PPTeamsters for a bad ECI number. BTW, the ECI WILL be bad won't it?
