The spinnoff does revenues of $8BB/year. The quarterly results also showed a "pro forma" earnings number which did not include the enterprise networking group. I believe it was $.25/share compared with $.23/share when including "SpinCo".

tg, The numbers that I have read show the enterprise business to be an $8 billion/year business. The business is to be spun at the end of the 4th quarter. another promising note (negative for the spin-off) is that earnings for the last quarter were .02 higher (.25/share) when the enterprise numbers were separated. tp
