An ECI of 1% or even .9% has y-o-y growth at 4%,
much higher than Q4 and in the wrong direction for the
Fed.

Deflator should come in at 2.5% and GDP at 7%.

Fed no gonna like the numbers but will still
hike by only 25bp in May giving little relief
to bond investors. Two more hikes will come after
that to bring GDP into 3-4% comfort zone. BWDIK.
