What is slowing down the nasdaq and dow?

Apparently they are bandwidth limited because of cheesy SDRAM based computers.

Jim, there is still plenty of fear about inflation out there. The employment cost number and other economic figures are the wild cards right now. Today is a cautious day before the release of more economic data.
