I know it sounds weird, but I watch volatility and what I call "buoyancy". . . when the general market "pressure" is released. . . which way do the leaders tend to move.

So unless we get another big drop in the Dow average, I see it creeping northward. . . .and if it creeps northward, then I envision the Nas tech leaders with their EXTRA buoyancy pushing ahead.

I know it is not scientific. . . but this is one of the many things I watch that helps me to "see" what traditional indicators will not show me.

At the time of that post . . if you recall. . .the Naz 100 was down 65 and the COMPX was down 41. . . there is still plenty of room to go. .

As for employment figures. . .I don't think they will be "news" one way or another. . . and I'll be holding a moderate amount of aggressive techs overnight. . . still looking for that COMPX close over 3750. . .perhaps tomorrow.

Watching intraday on Dow. . .since it is leading the dance today.
