<< What a flaming boor! >>

If I am so boring, why are you getting so upset? <g>

<< In the English language one refers to a hatred based on nationality or some other common characteristic as "bigotry" or "prejudice"...not "racism". >>

====> Websters dictionary: race (n) 1. a family, tribe, people, or nation of the same stock. 2. a group of individuals within a biological species able to breed together. <====

But, if you prefer, when bigots on this thread show their prejudice against the Miami Cuban Exiles, or other Latino groups, I will only refer to these racists in the most polite way, so I don't offend your sensitivities.

OK? Are we friends again?

<< Please don't respond on this issue, you'll look like an even bigger fool. >>

If you had only asked me this at the beginning of your note, I would have noticed this little piece of friendly advice, and I would have possibly obliged.

Because I have already posted a response to your English lesson, and because I can't take it back, I beseech you and the anti-"Miami Cuban" racists on this thread for forgiveness.

Ahhhhhh, thanks. I feel much better now. <g>

<< But among you and the other right wing goons, Juan Miguel is thought of as a ghoul without freewill.... >>

This is the first time, in my life, that I have ever been called "right wing". Hmmmmm!. "Goon" I am not that sure about.

Juan Miquel is not a ghoul without freewill. He is a man without freedom of choice, on any matter.

If Castro gives Juan Miquel a choice between the life of Elian and the life of Juan's family back in Cuba, which would he choose? Hmmmmm!? Is that really the main point? Or...... is the main point that Castro, a vicious dictator, with absolute power, can force Juan Miquel to make the choice?

Michelino, what if you lived in Cuba, and the dictator had the absolute power to make you choose between one of your children living and one dying? Would you consider that you had a political problem, and try to stay apolitical? Or, would you consider that you had a question of the survival of your family, and try to flee the island?
